Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes or a large bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
