Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
