Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Keto Cheese Bread Rolls that are perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.
  5. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if using.
  6. Using your hands, form the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the dough.
  • You can substitute the almond flour with coconut flour, but use only 1/2 cup as coconut flour absorbs more moisture.
