  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar-free caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and erythritol until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
