- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
