- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon blood orange zest
- 2 tablespoons blood orange juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the blood orange zest and blood orange juice until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and a pinch of sea salt evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.
