- Black food coloring (optional)
- Sugar-free frosting (for decoration)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Add black food coloring if desired.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before decorating with sugar-free frosting.
- Use chocolate chips to create eyes on the cupcakes.
