- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel by rolling it into a ball and then creating a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a little water and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a cheesy twist, add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese to the dough before mixing.
- If you prefer a sweeter bagel, substitute 1 tablespoon of the almond flour with a sugar substitute like erythritol for a hint of sweetness.
