  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
