- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped bacon, and chives if using, until well combined.
- Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in small mounds, about 2 tablespoons each, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
