Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped green apples, avocado, spinach, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), lemon juice, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is chilled.
