Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and psyllium husk powder. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a roll. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in some grated Parmesan cheese or Italian herbs into the dough.
  • You can also brush the rolls with additional melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder right before serving for an extra garlicky kick.
