A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic-Herb Butter Salmon Bake that is perfect for dinner.

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the garlic-herb butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic-herb butter mixture.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
