Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
