- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For a sweeter bread, add 2 tablespoons of your favorite low-carb sweetener to the batter.
