A simple and delicious recipe for cheesy Everything Bagel Bites made with Fathead dough.

- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until creamy. Continue heating in 30-second intervals if necessary.
- Incorporate the egg into the melted cheese mixture, whisking until fully integrated.
- In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the cheese blend, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently with your hands until smooth. Add more almond flour if the dough is too sticky.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- In a small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and everything bagel seasoning. Sprinkle generously over the tops of the dough balls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy flavor, mix in ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese into the dough.
