Description

A simple and delicious recipe for cheesy Everything Bagel Bites made with Fathead dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring until creamy. Continue heating in 30-second intervals if necessary.
  3. Incorporate the egg into the melted cheese mixture, whisking until fully integrated.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the cheese blend, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  6. Knead the dough gently with your hands until smooth. Add more almond flour if the dough is too sticky.
  7. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and everything bagel seasoning. Sprinkle generously over the tops of the dough balls.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
