- 8 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture, and stir to combine.
- Layer the bagel cubes evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the diced ham, bell pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese over the bagel cubes.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top, ensuring all bagel pieces are soaked.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and chives (if using) on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
