- 1 cup rainbow cereal
- 1 cup keto cereal hoops
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey or sugar-free syrup
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rainbow cereal and keto cereal hoops. Stir until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter, honey (or sugar-free syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the almond butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until all the cereal is well-coated.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mixture to set.
- Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
Notes
- For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
- You can also add dried fruits or seeds for extra texture and flavor.
