Description

A delicious and easy energy dessert made with rainbow cereal and keto hoops, perfect for a quick snack or treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rainbow cereal
  • 1 cup keto cereal hoops
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar-free syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rainbow cereal and keto cereal hoops. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter, honey (or sugar-free syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the almond butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until all the cereal is well-coated.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mixture to set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
  • You can also add dried fruits or seeds for extra texture and flavor.
