Ingredients

- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (low carb or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by rinsing the iceberg lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels and cut it into 4 equal wedges.
- Place each wedge on a serving plate.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes over the wedges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top of each wedge.
- Add the crumbled bacon and sliced green onions to the wedges.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over each wedge to taste.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving for a refreshing touch.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce on top of the salad.
- Substitute the blue cheese with feta or goat cheese for a different flavor profile.
