Crispy Keto Cheese Chips are a delicious and easy snack that fits perfectly into a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon to form small discs.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes until they become crispy. Carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
