- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon to form small discs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes until they become crispy. Carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
