Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a smoky flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the mixture before baking.
  • Serve with a variety of dippers such as tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetable sticks for a festive touch.
