- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, frozen mixed berries, banana, honey or maple syrup (if using), chia seeds (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- If you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again until desired thickness is achieved.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks to the blender.
- For added protein, include a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending.
