  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, frozen mixed berries, banana, honey or maple syrup (if using), chia seeds (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again until desired thickness is achieved.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
