Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Mix until well blended.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
