Chocolate Peppermint Fat Bombs are pure bliss!
Ingredients

- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together the melted coconut oil and nut butter in a large bowl until silky.
- Gradually sift in the cacao powder and powdered sweetener, stirring continuously.
- Incorporate the peppermint essence and sea salt, mixing until combined.
- Prepare a mini muffin tray with paper liners or silicone molds.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into each compartment, filling them about three-quarters full.
- If desired, melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the filled muffin cups.
- Transfer the tray to the freezer and allow to set for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once solidified, gently pop them out of the molds and store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer.
