Chocolate Peppermint Fat Bombs are pure bliss!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup creamy almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the melted coconut oil and nut butter in a large bowl until silky.
  2. Gradually sift in the cacao powder and powdered sweetener, stirring continuously.
  3. Incorporate the peppermint essence and sea salt, mixing until combined.
  4. Prepare a mini muffin tray with paper liners or silicone molds.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into each compartment, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. If desired, melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the filled muffin cups.
  7. Transfer the tray to the freezer and allow to set for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
  8. Once solidified, gently pop them out of the molds and store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer.
