Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Spoon the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
