  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, sour cream, and chopped parsley (if using).
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
