A fun and delicious recipe for Campfire Roasted Rice Krispies Treats that are perfect for outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
- Melt the butter over low heat.
- Stir in 10 oz of mini marshmallows until smooth.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Cool for 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Skewer the squares.
- Press chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
- Roast over indirect heat for 30–60 seconds on each side until toasty.
- Serve warm.

- Make sure to use unsalted butter for the best flavor.
- Adjust roasting time based on your campfire’s heat.
