- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring well to coat the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
