Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring well to coat the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
