- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup spicy wing sauce
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the shredded chicken, spicy wing sauce, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, celery, and green onions until everything is evenly coated.
- Halve the avocados and carefully remove the pits, scooping out a bit of the flesh to make room for the filling.
- Season the avocado halves with salt and pepper.
- Generously fill each half with the spicy chicken mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it stays in place.
- Arrange the filled avocados on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the filling is warm and the cheese has melted beautifully.
- Once done, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro if you like.
- Enjoy while warm!

- To tone down the heat, opt for a milder wing sauce or blend in some ranch dressing with the spicy sauce.
