Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a spacious baking dish, arrange the cherry tomatoes and place the block of feta cheese in the center.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and feta, then sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper evenly across the dish.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta cheese becomes soft and golden around the edges.
- While the mixture bakes, cook the pasta according to the package directions until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Once the baking time is complete, take the dish out of the oven.
- Use a fork to break apart the feta and stir it into the tomatoes, creating a luscious, creamy sauce.
- Incorporate the drained pasta into the baking dish, tossing everything together until the pasta is thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese if you like.
