- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the eggs to the cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture, stirring until a dough forms. If using, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Using your hands, form small balls (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
