Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the dry ingredients and mix until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If using, fold in the chopped chives.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
